The tide clock that rounds off the corners

Rough, soft. Square, round. Black, white.

Inspired by the legendary spot of Capbreton where we watch for every wave,Santoshais a tide clock with a graphic and organic look. Designed to capture the essence of the ocean and the rhythm of the swell, it combines handcrafted precision with the raw beauty of recycled materials.

Its square frame with rounded corners is cut from ablack wood fiberecological, finely engraved to reveal the modernist typography of its tides:HIGHup,LOWat the bottom. Between these marks, small white dotsguide you through the natural cycle of the ocean.

In the center, a disc ofblack and white recycled plastic, shaped and polished by hand, creates a dial with a unique appearance. Its marbling evokes thefoamhitting the blocks of Santosha beach during large swells. No two copies are alike: each dial is a unique pieceinimitable, witness to its history.
